Ten services, one question underneath all of them: when someone in your market is ready to buy, does your business show up, and is it convincing when it does?

The short answer

branad is a digital marketing agency in Renton, Washington. We build the brand and the printed material that carries it, the website, the search and paid presence, and the automation that turns attention into booked work, for businesses across Renton, Kent, Tukwila, Bellevue, Issaquah, and Seattle.

Most engagements start with a single channel and expand. Local SEO is the usual entry point, because for a business serving a radius it produces more per dollar than anything else.

Sequencing

The order matters more
than the list.

Spending on the right channel in the wrong order is the most common way local marketing budgets get wasted. This is the sequence we recommend to almost every business that serves a geographic radius.

Claim and build the Google Business Profile

It carries the largest single share of local ranking influence and it is nearly always incomplete. Category selection alone changes which searches you are eligible for.

Stop the leaks

Missed-call recovery and review generation. This recovers demand you have already paid to create, which makes it cheaper than generating more.

Fix the site's architecture

One page per commercial intent, real location relevance, clean technical foundation. Without this there is nowhere for traffic to land and convert.

Turn on paid

Now that there is a page worth sending traffic to and tracking that proves what it produced. Ads also tell you which keywords convert, which sharpens the SEO roadmap.

Compound

Content, citations, reviews, and AI visibility, month over month. This is the part that makes the earlier work keep paying after the campaign ends.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I have to buy everything together?

No. Most engagements start with one channel, usually local SEO, because it is the highest-leverage starting point for a business serving a radius, and expand once that is producing. Buying seven services at once is how budgets get spread too thin to move any of them.

What should a local business fix first?

In this order, for most businesses: Google Business Profile, because it carries the largest share of local ranking influence and is usually incomplete. Then missed-call recovery, because it recovers demand you have already paid for. Then the website's location relevance and page architecture. Then paid ads, once there is somewhere worth sending the traffic.

Running ads to a site that cannot convert, or before the profile is claimed, is the most common way local marketing budgets get wasted.

Do you work with businesses outside Renton?

Yes. We are based in Renton and most of our work is across King County: Kent, Tukwila, Newcastle, Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Federal Way, and Seattle. Local knowledge is a genuine advantage for local search work, so we concentrate on the Puget Sound region rather than working nationally.

How do you report?

Monthly, in writing, against a baseline captured before work started. Leading indicators first: impressions, position, geo grid coverage. Then sessions and calls. Then booked work. Plus a plain account of what was done that month and what changes next month as a result.
